This is how our personal shopping
service works:
Max
calls me and tells me he needs a special gift for his girlfriend
Allegra. Allegra just happens to be one of our best customers
so I know exactly what to suggest. But, if I didn't know her,
I know just the right things to ask to make the gift selection a
breeze. Allegra may have filled out our personal shopping
form. In the meantime, I also make a note of other special
dates where Max may need some assistance for an anniversary,
birthday, etc.
I always work within the guidelines set by the
customer and then make several suggestions by phone or in the
store. This method works great, because as the gift giver, you
are provided with several options, allowing you to pick or choose or
just let me the "Personal Shopper" handle it
all. You make your final decision from you desk, car or the
store and I will package and wrap the gift inside and out. We
are also able to ship UPS
if your gift
giving is beyond a car ride.
