We ship out orders on Tuesdays and Fridays, and shipping usually takes between 3-5 business days. If you need a quicker turnaround, please contact us. A shipping fee may apply. All orders are shipped via USPS and we will provide you with a tracking number once your items are sent.

To return an item, fill out the return slip that is included in your order and follow the directions on the slip.
Missing your return slip? You may download a return slip to print it off yourself. Products must be unworn, un-altered, un-washed, and have the original Spoiled Girl tags on them. SALE or DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE A FINAL SALE.

Products must be returned in 14 days from your original purchase date (not the date it was received, unless otherwise noted.)

How will I receive my store credit?
Once we receive your merchandise and inspect that it meets our return standards, you will be issued an online code to use when checking out of your next purchase. Credits are valid for 3 months after being sent.
How do I use my Online Credit?
At the time of checkout you will select the "apply coupon" button. Enter the code given to you upon confirmation of your return. If you have any questions about how to apply your online credit please call the store.
