Must bring back by 01/09/2023.
No cash or credit card refund, store credit ONLY.
Jewelry, Clutches, Hair, & Sale items are FINAL SALE.
Items must have original or gift receipt.
Cannot be worn or damaged, tags must be on.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
Online Return Policy
We will gladly exchange or issue an online store credit for all unworn / unaltered merchandise within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Online credit is valid one year from date issued.
All merchandise must be returned in orginal condition. Items with make up, bronzer, deodorant, or any other stains will not be given an online credit, and the items will be shipped back to you. You are responsible for the shipping of the returned product. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Sale items, Hair Accessories, and Jewelry are all FINAL SALE and are not returnable.
All returned items MUST HAVE the orignal receipt and tickets attached. We will issue your online credit once we have received the original merchandise.
If you have any questions about our return policy, or received a damaged / incorrect product please call us within 2 days of your original receipt.

Items must have receipt & original tags. Items cannot be worn or damaged.

Store credit is valid for ONE YEAR from issue date. No exceptions.
Using your Online Credit - At the time of checkout you will select the "apply coupon" button. Enter the code given to you upon confirmation of your return. If you have any questions about how to apply your online credit please call the store.
Returning your online order In-Store - If you choose to return your item in-store you will be issued an in-store credit. Your in-store credit will not be eligible for online purchases. Original shipping and handling fee will not be refunded. Our company return policy is store-credit only and we do not offer cash or credit card refunds.
Canceling Orders - Please contact us immediately if you need to change / cancel your online order.
